date night out
At Steamboat Rock Baptist Church, we know how important one on one connection is for parents! We invite you to drop off the children, and enjoy a worry-free date night on us!
Drop off will begin at 5:30 p.m. where you will be able to leave your children ages 8 weeks to 11 years of age with our trained teachers and volunteers for a night to get away with your spouse and re-connect. While you're away, we will be having lots of fun! We ask that you return by 8:30 p.m.
Pizza and snacks will be provided for the kids.

Description: Is real friendship too risky? We live in a world where real friendship is hard to find. Suspicious of others and insecure about ourselves, we retreat to the safety of our small, self-made digital worlds. Tragically, even the church can become a place that reinforces this isolation. Jesus models a much richer vision of friendship. Pastor and teacher Scott Sauls invites Christians to see the breadth of Christ’s love toward people we often avoid. In this 6-session series, Scott outlines principles for befriending those around us with the love of Jesus.
